The Candlestick, a chimney built in 1850 as a ventilation shaft for the workings of Wellington Pit, located in the South Beach area of Whitehaven Harbour, Cumbria. The National Trust is now managing the first section of this area on the west coast of Cumbria, from Whitehaven Harbour to the Haig Pit Mining Museum.
